Shipping

Products are normally shipped in 24-72 hours after the order is placed. However due to COVID-19 pandemic, sometimes it might takes 5 days to have the order shipped.

We use USPS most of the time. However, we sometimes use other carriers to facilitate the delivery. No matter what shipping carrier we use, we will give you a tracking number.

It is free shipping to United States if you purchase over USD50. We deliver to all US states except Hawaii, Alaska and the military base. For order below USD50, we charge a flat fee of USD9.99 on all orders.

No, you can’t change the address after the goods has been shipped. Make sure to enter the correct one before shipping.

No, not at the moment. We ship to United States only.

If your order contains a range of products, your items may be split into multiple shipments and shipped at different times. Your items are shipped as soon as they’re ready. Due to various processing times and shipping locations, sometimes we’re unable to combine shipments. You’ll receive tracking information on every shipment in your order.

Normal delivery takes about 5-10 business days. However, due to COVID-19 pandemic, delivery time has been significantly delayed. Some orders might take up to 3 weeks to receive it.

Order Issues

Once items are shipped, details cannot be changed. Therefore, make sure you write the correct name, address and contact details to avoid unnecessary delays.

No, you can’t. We process all orders immediately to ensure our clients can receive their items as soon as possible. Therefore If you want to amend or cancel your order after the order has been placed, we are sorry to say that you won’t be able to do that. Returns and Refunds

For any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product and request a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. However, if the delivery is late, we cannot issue a refund as shipment is on its way.

When you see Return-to-Sender (RTS) items, they are mainly due to one of the following reasons:-

 

    Address doesn’t exist.

    Item not claimed.

    Person is unknown at the address

    Address is vacant

    Any other reason for which the customer is solely liable

 

To avoid unnecessary delays and additional expenses for re-shipping the RTS items, please ensure that your name, address and contact information provided to us is correct. Also, the information in your Paypal account must be an updated one too.

You need to pay for a re-shipping fee to have them ship to you. Or if you want to cancel the order, we can issue a refund deducting the shipping cost.
